Real calls, real fast.

★★★★★

Locked out at Union Station at 11pm with my kid in the car seat at home waiting. Guy showed up in 25 minutes, no damage to the door. Lifesaver.

— M. Antonelli, Toronto
★★★★★

Lost my only key for a 2019 Civic. Dealership wanted a week and $400. These guys cut and programmed a new one in my driveway for less.

— R. Osei, East York
★★★★★

Fob died on a Sunday morning. Called, got a real quote right away, van was here inside the hour. Straightforward and no upsell.

— K. Wallace, Riverdale
Questions

Before you call.

Do you really run 24/7, including holidays?
Yes. Dispatch is staffed around the clock, every day of the year. Overnight and holiday calls may carry a modest after-hours fee, which we'll always quote before dispatching.
Can you cut a key without my old one?
In most cases, yes. We can generate a new key or fob from your vehicle's VIN and proof of ownership — you don't need the original or a spare.
What do I need to bring for proof of ownership?
Vehicle registration and government-issued photo ID matching the name on the registration. For leased vehicles we can also work from the lease agreement.
Will a non-destructive lockout damage my car?
No. We use professional entry tools designed to work around window and door seals without prying paint, trim or glass. Damage-free entry is our default method, not an upsell.
Do you work on all makes and models?
We cover the vast majority of makes on the road today, from older blade-and-chip keys to modern smart keys and push-to-start fobs. If yours is unusual, tell us the year, make and model when you call and we'll confirm.
How much does a replacement key actually cost?
It depends on your vehicle and key type — a basic transponder key costs less than a smart key or push-button fob. We give you an exact price over the phone before we dispatch, based on your make, model and year.
